Our Team
Founder/Managing Partner
Aryeh is an investment and operational partner on numerous multifamily properties which he co-owns, as he grows his investment portfolio across multiple states. His national presence is expanding via large scale investment deals ranging from 100 to 800+ units per property. His experience in property acquisitions span details with regard to capital expenditures, management, rent roll maximization, and tenant accommodations.
In addition to filling the role as Skywood’s managing partner, he assumes a primary role in Riverside Abstract title company, landing various obligatory requirements with regard to title, property closings, and internal review.
His impressive and extensive experience in mortgages, development, titles and real estate, give him a strong advantage in bringing each of his ventures to higher levels of success.
Investor Relations
Jenna has been with the Skywood Team since the outset of the company in 2018. As Investor Relations, Jenna manages all essential day-to-day operations of Skywood. Her organization and management skills ensure all transactions are seamless from contract to closing, and beyond.
Jenna assumes the imperative role of maintaining positive relationships with all of our sponsors, lenders, and investors, making sure that all their needs are satisfied at every point of the Skywood Process.
Additionally, she administrates all office responsibilities and backend work, ascertaining that every aspect of the operation is seamless and intuitive.
Executive Assistant
Malky is an integral part of making operations at Skywood flow smoothly. Her knowledge of computers, great communication skills, and ability to multi-task serve as serious assets to our office environment.
Her organization and attention to detail ensures that no task, big or small, goes unfinished. She helps arrange meetings, appointments and events, ensuring a smoothly running schedule on behalf of the whole Skywood team.
Malky expertly manages our investor portal, Agora, which is a huge part of our stellar customer service. A team player, and always available, Malky’s role is essential to Skywood on a daily basis.
